Executive secretary
• Organizing and following up the appointments and agenda of the Attaché, arranging meetings, and preparing all required documents and papers.
• Coordinating external and internal meetings and visits and preparing rooms and supplies for meetings and events headed by the Attaché.
• Preparing lists of the names of official figures and national events of the hosting country and sending invitations on time.
• Receiving the Attaché's visitors in a friendly and professional manner, directing them and answering phone calls.
• Organizing and following up the implementation of travel bookings and all logistical procedures for the Attaché with the concerned parties.
• Receiving the daily mail and distributing it to those concerned and following up the procedures if necessary.
• Maintaining the general appearance of the Attaché's office in terms of cleanliness and tidiness, and ordering all its needs.
